'In de voetsporen van Rembrandt' As a special guest 3 of my paintings are exhibited between works of Henk Helmantel and Rein Pol (my teachers at the Classic Academy Groningen) and the winners of the Prix de Norvège.

The paintings are exhibited in a winterly style by means of installation art. Theme: the changing climate.

'My modern Muse' is one of the finalists in the contest Rembrandt is alive. This oilpainting will be exhibited in Leiden.

More than 200 artists show their work at this fair. Galerie Autrevue is present with a lot of paintings from artists, exhibiting in the gallery.

Every year I participate 'Kunstroute Heerenveen'. People are often surprized by the size of our gallery (100 m2) and of the quality of the exhibited works. I also show them my studio.

At Chamonix- Mont Blanc in France the 24th annual International Salon of Decorative painting is held in Le Majestic, centre des congrès. I attended this 4-days event.

Randolph Algera & Gabriëlle Westra - hosting Salon 2018 Leeuwarden, the European Capital of Culture in 2018 - Netherlands. A 4-days event in theater Harmonie in Leeuwarden. More than 100 international top artists showing their work, giving lectures and workshops.

During the Mata Hari Project in shopping mall Zaailand my commissoned painting of Mata Hari will be exhibited in Leeuwarden.

During this Women, passion and art night a selection (bigger and smaller pieces) of my work is exhibited and sold. In Haje Hotel Heerenveen. Organisation by the Vrouwenkamer.

For a month a large collection of my paintings are exhibited in the Pronkkeamer in the Museum of Heerenveen. This is a solo exhibition and I am present at the museum a lot, while painting live.

For two days visitors could come and take a look at my studio. Although we were in the middel of building a new gallery (Galerie Autrevue) and new studio's, a lot of people came for a sneak peek. I exhibited a few of my paintings and talked a lot about the brand new ways to exhibit painting of different brilliant artists in Galerie Autrevue.

50 nominated best portraits for the Dutch Portrait Prize are

exhibited in the former Royal Palace Soestdijk in Baarn. My painting 'Yoshimi' was one of them.
